Biography
Lily Josancy is a French photographer born in Huangshi (CN) and raised near Lyon.
Her fascination with photography began at age 13, inspired by the work of Saul Leiter and later Joel Meyerowitz. Since then, she has been exploring her own vision of street photography, capturing fleeting moments with a personal, attentive eye.
Her professional experience includes work at William Klein Studio, Polka Galerie, Hangar Photo Art Center, and Magnum Photos, where she has developed a nuanced understanding of both photographic practice and the art world.
